RETURNS

Return requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the hat. Please email me at Tamra@beachhare.com with subject Return. Please include style name and reason for return.

After receiving confirmation on your return, the hat should be shipped back at your expense in its * original condition and original box/tissue within 7 days of my confirmation email

(* Original condition - the hat should be returned in the same care it was received. No wear , tear or stains)

I reserve the right not to accept a return that doesn’t comply to this policy

Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 days and shipped USPS or UPS
